Oh, like ther is a ten day or less waiting time for enhanced background for under 21? I have a young guy going on three freaking weeks.
How the fuck is that common sense? Was it a failed attempt at sarcasm?
Why don't we put a time limit on how often you can buy fast food, alcohol, or cigarettes? May as well do it for everything.
When will this bogus shit stop? None of this prevents illegal firearms. All these ridiculous laws only trample and curtail the rights of law abiding citizens.

When the supposedly pro-gun groups stop treating gun rights as a partisan Republican issue, get involved in Democrat party politics, and hold the electeds accountable at election time. Is any of this this going on? No. Therefore there will be more gun control.
Doesn't have matching language in the Assembly and with three days to go until session ends, doesn't appear likely to pass.
We should force through a law that politicians must wait 10 years before resubmitting a bill that did not pass.

it sucks to be you guys, In SD, I show my drivers license, hand over money, and walk out with anything from a 22, to 50cal, The state is counting on people having 'roots' in the state. People don't want to leave family and friends. Its the ONLY thing, keeping the state from fiscal collapse and keeping actual tax payers here.
