My friends say that if you visited San Fran 20 years ago and again now, you wouldnt recognize it.
Some crimes are up 300% and more. Major crime has risen faster there than 99% of other major cities.
If the citizens dont wake up soon, they will rival Kansas City MO and Oakland CA in crime stats.
