Looks interesting, Some thoughts -
Ugly fucking orange.
Not deep carry.
Tip down?
Cannot move clip to tip-up, or left hand.
Is basically a nick knife. Two handed open.
No photo of the lockup. Expect that "Fine Stone Washed Stainless Steel" frame lock vs TC = nice rounded frame lock and no means of repair

That's a lot of money for a knife with a blade shape that doesn't seem terribly useful other than letter and box opening.
