The fact this is a case is absolutely ludicrous anyway. Obviously something very wrong with the guy who did this, given all the ohter owners of these bushmasters who didn't do what he did.

Theoretically, a lawsuit can survive Ch 11 I believe but I don't know how you value them in terms of liabilities. It is not unusual for "creditors" to petition to keep a lawsuit alive that predates a Ch 11 filing- but usually its actual creditors that get decent consideration from the court on that (like actual bank creditors).

But like I said- the underlying case is bullshit anyway.

They refused to allow any other independent investigation and had the school demolished. Contractors had to sign non disclosure waivers. Too much not contradictory evidence existed.
Not saying it didn't happen, but they covered up a lot.

Yes I read about, mold, school was closed for years, area was having a "emergency drill" at the same time, paid actors, overhead photos of parking lots showing lack of police, photoshopped children being evacuated, mortgages being paid off in full all on the same day during non work days and time.

I suggest you do a search on this forum. There are so many things posted by many of us. Confirmed crisis actors. Staged practice before the event. The school being abandoned. The school not having the repairs done to it after the closing prior to the incident. The lack of internet traffic to and from the school. The port a potties that miraculously appeared minutes after the shooting. The aerial footage that showed no ems going and coming after the shooting. The constant changing of stories from eye witnesses. Evidence that Adam Lanza was a fictitious person. Evidence of the dead alive today. Constant meetings between Eric Holder prior to the shooting with the governor. Forensic evidence that an AR bullet couldn’t have done the damage it did to the structure.

Lots of things. I haven’t listed them all. There are whole videos on YouTube that keep getting deleted and reposted and then deleted again. Gag orders issued. So many things.

It doesn't seem logical a school shooting with so many variables is a good case for any sort of hoax.
Conspiracy theories and cherry picked alleged correlations are not proof to say it was a hoax. That is what sensationalist media does all
the time and why we are in this joke of environment with all sort of news coming from all sort of political agendas.
A lot of things are extensively discussed in this and other forums w/o any foundation and/or wish to apply pragmatic scientific method.
Conjectures that might even be negated by the total opposite cannot be used as proof. They are not proof even after being partially validated.

and BTW 2 years ago I was close by the town on a business trip and met one person who is from the town although her kids went to other school she knew a couple of famlilies from some other events.
Those kids are missing and they were murdered and it was very sad and tragic and the person who did it should have been in a mental institution.
That is all I need to know. Others can write and enjoy the conspiracy theories and make movies. eventually the movie will come if the price is right, I am sure since people love drama.
