According to snopes the quote is false. Snopes is not entirely reliable but there does not appear to be any credible source for the quote other than rumors.
I personally think the quote is false. It seems too good to be true. She's entirely capable of saying something like that. I just don't think she would do it in public with anybody other than Bill around.

As much as I can see this, it is tough that it still is hearsay IMHO. Don't get me wrong, I think Hillary is a psycho bitch, I just prefer not getting from a source that said they heard this or that.

The quote comes from an anonymous unnamed NBC associate producer. If the person wants to go on the record i'll believe it. A quote like that needs to be verified or confirmed from an on the record source. Just look at the recent "shithole" controversy. The source for the quote was a democrat politician and not trump himself.
While I can't verify it I will believe it, that video I posted, look at the daggers shooting from the devil's eyes when asked about her illegal server/email account.
