Anyone up in Saratoga have the inside scoop on these new regs?

FWIW...Bearing Arms does have an error in their article (yeah, I know...not the first nor probably the last time). The Sullivan Act applies to whole state and not just NYC.

You're right! I didn't even bother to read the link. Pretty piss poor editing/fact checking on their part. Still, I wouldn't be totally unsurprised if Saratoga Springs, NY pushed this.
