Savage, 7mm Little help from the forum

Hey folks,
I need a little assistance. My interest in firearms centers around handguns with the exception of a couple of SKS's that I bought just for no reason I guess.
A very good friend in Newfoundland just called me and is wondering if I can find an item for one of his buddies.
Please give me some suggestions on tracking down a magazine for a model 111 Savage chambered in 7mm. Serial number, G099378
I assume this would be a 5 round magazine? I do know the magazine release is on the right side of the receiver under the bolt.
This item is apparently made of unobtanium in his neck of the woods.

I assume you mean 7mm Rem mag and not 7mm-08. But they have both

Well, like I said. Long guns are far from my forte. Both in what I know about them as well as my proficiency with them.
My friend just said 7mm and I assumed he was talking about 7mm Rem. Mag. I would imagine that is the case. About the only thing I can think that the owner would use it for is Moose. I do know that the owner of the rifle is a Lic. guide in Newfoundland.
I will send off an e-mail just to be sure.

might be because of the winter temps there .. every thing freezes up .. should have bought a single shot

Actually we watch the weather in NL almost daily. Where we are it is usually slightly warmer than upstate NY. Probably because it is right on the water.

Using the s/n with Savage I have confirmed that the rifle is a model 111 chambered in 7mm Rem. Mag. Magazine is a 3 round and Savage is out of stock.
Savage gave me two part numbers 55112 and 103209. At least I know what to look for now.
