Savage model 42 22/410 - opinions?

We have a brand new Savage model 42 (dual barrel) 22lr/410 for sale below cost. I don't need it but a 22 and a 410 in one gun with a synthetic stock sorta calls me. Been sitting there for a while - I'm thinking . . .

Meh. Sorta like the Circuit Judge. It does neither well most likely.

They made one long time ago, had about 28 lb. trigger pull - most useless piece of crap ever made. The one I'm referring to was .22 / 20 ga.
