$250k? Some of the CNC machines cost more than that. Doesn't seem like a significant enough amount of money to put a gun company out of business.

I disagree.
I've had mine for probably 8 -10 years. It's never given me an issue.
It was one of, if not the, smallest 9mm pistols that could hold 10.rounds when I got it.

I think the only QC issue with SCCY, and Kel Tec for that matter, is people expecting $800 fit and finish out of a $200 gun.
Both for me have been reasonably accurate and reliable.
I used to be able to hit a 10x10 steel plate at 25 yards with my P3AT, and shot it so much that the recoil spring wore out and broke in half. It would still shoot. I only noticed it when I was cleaning it.

Is he drunk? WTF? Looks like he’s doing some form of mixed martial arts/bad white guy dance moves while he lisps his way through a chunky, herkyjerky extemporaneous rant full of dubious information. But I will admit that I only watched the first 10 seconds before I jumped to my conclusion and was compelled to shut him up, so it’s possible that he is both a skilled orator and a bearer of factual entertainment. I, however, have my doubts.
