A friend asked me this question and I know we have some knowledgeable folks posting here.
Can he bring a long arm to Wyoming that doesn't have a scope on it? He booked a jackalope and snipe hunt there for next February 31st and wants to use his original Dutch 1511 Serpentine Arquebus but from what he can SEE it LOOKS like Wyoming requires long range, observatory-like scopes on all hunting implements including recurve bows and skinning knives.
Also, he plans to carry concealed while there and wants to know if handguns require telescopes as well.
Any help here? Thanks.
