Ok just looking for opinions here. I'm trying to thin out the herd a bit when it comes down to scopes. AR number1 is an old school Mforgery - Colt SP1 receiver with Picatinny hand guards, 16" fluted barrel and an original Trijicon TA01NSN that I've had forever. So old that the tritium is barely noticeable. AR#2 is around 4 years old, MLOK handguards and I've been rotating scopes with all good results but I'm torn.
Scope #1 is a Sig Romeo 5 - cheap, lightest of the bunch, single dot, shake awake
#2 is a first generation EOTECH 512 AA battery. A bit heavier, dot and circle reticle, seems bomb proof
#3 Vortex Strikefire red/green dot, NV capable I think? A little bulkier that the first two
#4 Burris MTAC 1-4, CQB reticle, PEPR mount. Heaviest of the group, 2x than the Vortex, 3x the Romeo
#5 the aforementioned Trijicon, best of breed but old, BDC reticle but fading tritium, back up irons on top
What would you get rid of first? What would you never let go? Why? I like em all but I can free up some cash for something else. . .
