Seems to me, The State has decided that anyone that builds their own Gun is a criminal and has intent on committing crimes with guns they made, therefor no one should have or make a gun of their own: Applies prior restraint against Citizens irrespective their station in life and society...perhaps I'm an inventor, a Gunsmith, a DIY'er, or maybe just a prohibited person without respect of fear of the Law...I just don't know, but that part of "...Shall not be infringed." is pretty unambiguous.

Found that the steel surplus place in Tucson sells the old ball mill media that the mines use.
You can buy solid hardened steel balls anywhere from golfball to softball size for $0.45/pound.
With a cheap source of ammo secured I may need to build myself a cannon.
That's cool! I used to sell those same ball mills to industry in NYS.
