On Tuesday Nov 12th it was the Supreme Court of the United States that decided to let stand a ruling earlier this year by the CT Supreme Court which allows the Suit by Sandy Hook families against Remington to go to trial. Everyone knows SCOTUS will have to weigh in but they decided to postpone the inevitable for political timing. It will come back to SCOTUS and it's bullshit it has gone this far considering the black letter law.
