So this is something that has come across my desk recently and am interested to see what you lot think as it seems to have not been posted here yet.

It is a document that would if enacted would make a given county reject the State laws that infringe our second amendment rights. However as it is written there it does not guarantee sanctuary from Federal gun laws that infringe our rights.

Also 2nd shift sucks, glad to be off that, maybe i'll be around here more often again.

I tried to get our county to be the first in New Yorkistan to declare that they were a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary County. The county legislators were scared that if they did King Andy would cut off their State funds. It's not like King Andy like us. We've never voted for him in three elections. He's only visited the county once in his eight years and that was mandatory because he had to present an award.

I say find a county willing to do it and then let the state so what they want to as "punishment". All it will do is show the emperor as the true piece of shit he is. This state is going against federal law with all the bullshit they're allowing illegals to do/have in NY. How can the state explain that they're going to punish counties for not following state law when this state won't follow federal law?

Maybe this drivers license bullshit will push some counties over the edge and they'll finally fight back

Quick summary why I have been not on the site is I was working 2nd shift and with trying to fit all the things i wanted to do with what little free time I had this website got knocked off. Now I'm back on first and figured I'd jump back in here some as my sleep schedule is more naturally aligned and I have more free time.

Will say I have had a handful of people flash their lights at me I assume as a thumb up to the FUAC sticker on my bumper. Also had a guy pull on next to me on the 219 asking where I got it.

Also also sad to hear that county legislations are unwilling to pass this. It doesn't ban the NFA and ATF unfortunately but it would be a step in the right direction.

I don't live in Wyoming county but feel like that is one of the strongest conservative counties in the state. I figured if any county would try something like this that Wyoming is about the most likely to do it.
