The left wins their battles by lies, propaganda and generally cheating. Unless the First Amendment is fixed to mandate telling the truth we're in deep crap. Understand psychological warfare and propaganda and you'll understand what we're up against.

The first casualty of war is the truth. We are at war and the problem has to be taken that serious.

There are already laws to force the truth. They are called "libel and slander" laws.

Every time a Liberal posts something untrue, those who are directly affect should sue that person out of existence.
For example:
"ARs are assault weapons that are only used for mass murder"
Now Colt, Remington, Ruger, etc. (every manufacturer that makes an AR variant) should sue that person for slander.

This will be a multi-pronged attack:
It ties up the liar in Court and bleeds off their cash
It gives a public forum whereby the manufacturer can refute the lies being spouted
It delays anti-gun lawsuits by filling up slot on court dockets
And, if a single person is sued often enough, they are considered a serial liar and further court actions are easier.

If, as we've seen here in New York, the Courts regularly make decisions in opposition of established Law, those judges can then be brought before the Bar Association and (hopefully) removed from the bench.

I may try to attend. It’s not too far from me.
I think we need to get our message out the calmly and with facts. Like stated above many liberals spout lies or misleading headlines. Most people only read the headlines and think that’s fact. The gun facts for the most part are on our side.

I think we have an opportunity to get Cuomo out. We need to get out and vote. We need a good republican candidate though. Still looking for that. This girl is hitting Cuomo where it counts in the corruption ring. She’s so far left I hope she is unelectable at this point.

There's a lot of untruth in that statement!

Only in Liberal Progressive strongholds is there an assault upon it's citizens 2A Rights. But for the country as a whole, more States and municipalities have relaxed restrictions, gone Shall Issue or even Constitutional Carry! Firearm crimes (murder) are very low levels in comparative (40+ years stats), etc

I don't like hyperaensationalizing a problem that doesn't exist! Grass roots? You want change? Get the 67% of eligible voters who don't vote, to actually vote! To exercise another of their "Rights"...

That's it... That's all you need do! This effect, was made abundantly apparent with the Presidential election whereas the Deplorables got off their trailer park couches and voted to the shocked dismay of the entrenched political machine (both sides).

Don't need 100 meetings, talking about this, or that, especially while the enemy will be among you, taking note of every single plan. Don't need another money channel set up to support useless politicians. Don't need to lick stamps sending infomail...

Just get the word out to every gun owner! You Voice is heard, through your Vote!

If you think we are winning, then don't come. We are not winning in NY. Several states have cracked down as has Trump himself. We have lost the young people. The average age of people at gun meetings is 60. There is no NY court decision that is pro-Second Amendment since Heller!

I dont believe we are "winning" in NYS.
I agree with @Jim Ostrowski , we need younger people to speak out.
I dont use public/private ranges but I do go sometimes for events. Ben-Gay, oxygen machines and arthritis are the biggest topics talked about.
I do see alot of young people involved with guns, they just dont vote.
Like the young far left liberals who dont vote, young conservatives dont either.

That won't work. As public entities they don't have the right to sue for slander.

Then what kind of group could we form to encourage such action? Even if we could find or create an entity that has valid standing, I don't think NY is the place to start. It needs to be in a friendly or at least neutral setting. Courts in NY will decide against you at the mere mention of "AR-15". We can longer find justice in this state's courts.

I think we must get back into schools with education and shooting sports. I think we need to support and develop social media platforms that will not filter or suppress right wing views. We've allowed them unfettered access to the minds of our children for too long.

We need to convince the deep red states that the threat is real and imminent. I don't know why people refuse to accept this as fact. We've suffered recent losses in Vermont, Florida and other places. We're a heartbeat away from losing bump stocks and binary triggers at the federal level. They made Fix NICS law with zero additional due process protection and not a hint of trading anything for reciprocity or suppressors. If this is the "progress" we make while RINOS hold the majorities, we are unquestionably LOSING.

Trump's victory has infuriated the left. They will be pulling out all the stops over the next few years. If they seize control, the decent into progressive hell will be swift and certain. I can't be the only one who feels this.
