Maybe I'm just being dumb and already know the answer to my question, but I'm new to GB and they have some policies or ways of doing things I'm not used to. So here is the back story:
I won an auction. Paid immediately. Gun arrives, but was not as advertised. Seller agrees to take it back and refund me in full. Gun goes back and I get my refund. A few days later I get a notice that the seller has submitted a credit request for what I assume are listing fees, since the item was returned. I have 5 days to dispute this.
My question is if this is just GB double checking with me to confirm the item was returned Etc. before they (Gunbroker) give the seller his listing fee back? Or is this something I have to dispute otherwise I have to pay the seller for the listing out of my pocket?
