Selling Primers,,,How to Ship?

I want to ship USPS Priority flat rate box. Do I just stick them in there and ship? They arent being put on a plane. Shipping distance is Rochester to Buffalo.

Don't believe they can be legally shipped unless you are certified for Haz Mat.

Trust me , turned down 150$ a k for spp. Not worth it.
