It just bums me out that I can't buy a Garand or something at a gun show if I find one that I want.

Hmmm....this gets me thinking: What if you have a C&R? SKS, SVT-40, M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, MAS 49/56, Hakim, etc., are all legal and can be purchased by C&R-holding NY residents......how's that work with the cunt's semi-auto rule?

Yes, I know the SAFE Act required all C&R's to have their purchases sent to an 07 FFL but there are plenty of on-line C&R retailers that didn't give a fuck about that and were still shipping directly to 03 holders (from personal experience). If you're a C&R holder and get a retailer to ship an SKS to you...you're now a felon in NY because you don't have a SA "permit to purchase"?

BTW: Getting C&R pistols shipped directly to your door fucking rocks!
