gun violence is at a 30 years high. well why is that?

crime prosecution is at a 40 year low, its so bad, San Francisco just recalled there DA = Dumb-ass or District Attorney

When a drunk driver kills a family, America blames the drunk, not the car manufacturer or the alcohol, we blame the drunk, period.

When a bomber blows up a building and kills a bunch of people, we blame the bomber. No one sued the company that made the pressure cooker, or the fertilizer, or the fuel

When Lee Harvey Oswald killed JFK, no one blamed the gun. They blamed Oswald

When James Hodgkinson walked on to a baseball field and shot 5 people, including a sitting congressman, no one called for “gun control”. Apparently its ok to shoot and kill politicians, THAT would not be the guns fault.

When Muslims hijack a plane and crash it into a couple buildings, we are asked to not blame ALL Muslims. But when one mentally unstable shit head shoots 20 people, ALL GUN OWNERS and the GUN are to blame. Why is that? How is it the fault of law abiding gun owners?

And many of the last mass shooters were known to law enforcement. The Parkland shooter had multiple encounters with Law enforcement. Even with the FBI, they DID NOTHING. until AFTER something bad happened. How is that the fault of law abiding gun owners

The Buffalo shooter was known to Law enforcement. ALMOST all his friends knew he was a whack job, but they said nothing and did nothing. How is that the faut of Law-abiding gun owners?

Now everyone is calling for background checks. We already have background checks. The problem is, like the Robb Elementary shooter, he was never reported to the BGC system. He tried to buy a gun when he was 17, the law worked, he was denied. When he turned 18, he was allowed, By LAW, to purchase his firearms. He was never reported to the system. The system only works if the proper authorities have the necessary information.

In conclusion, you can pass all the gun laws you want, between Federal laws and state laws, there are about 27,000 laws on the books, how is a few more going to help? but what are you going to do when this happens again? You want MORE gun control. You’re delusional if you think taking guns from law abiding people will reduce violence. And lets make no mistake here, its NOT gun violence, it is simply violence.
St louis and Chicago have the strictest gun laws in the country, they are two of the most violent in the nation. New Yorkistan has the “Safe Act”, that was supposed to stop people like the Buffalo shooter ( will never publish his name or the Robb Elementary school shooter’s name) The safe act was designed, and passed into law, exactly for this reason. It is a miserable failure, by every measure.

Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee amended the measure during a Wednesday mark-up to authorize the federal government to issue extreme risk protection orders in some instances, but they rejected an amendment that would have red-flagged anyone who law enforcement lists as a gang member.
“The majority of violent crime, including gun violence, in the United States is linked to gangs,” Rep. Ken Buck, a Colorado Republican who sponsored the amendment, said Wednesday. “My amendment is quite simple. It would allow the issuance of a red flag order against anyone whose name appears in a gang database if there was probable cause to include that individual in the database.”

If approved, the structure looks somewhat similar to current discussion. Continued or new firearm ownership will be permitted if the cross functional DHS/FBI social media and cognitive stability panel (the moderators inside Govt, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, Microsoft) approve the mental outlook of the firearm applicant.

The NSA database containing all privacy information on individuals will likely be accessed by a much larger audience of stakeholders (teachers, employers, social workers, bureaucrats) who will conduct ongoing stability reviews for firearm owners and flag any concerning content.
