I never said Brien would help NY'ers! As a matter of fact if you read my posts consistently you'd see how I've highlighted NY's continued MALFEASANCE towards 2A regardless of SCOTUS Rulings! The CCIA was a definite slap in the face to the SCOTUS Bruen ruling. Manifested so quickly it was apparent it was prepped in response to the expected loss (NY vs).

My point has consistently been also how the SCOTUS has NO TEETH!!! Because NY residents are still fighting what the ruling made un Constitutional!
