This bill must just be looking out for (Iranian born / raised) Anna Monahemi Kaplan's constituency. It's a prime hunting area around the Senator's wealthy estate living district of Great Neck, Sands Point and Kings Point if you're hunting for a broker, lawyer, kosher deli, podiatrist or cougar. Life can be dangerous for anyone under the influence around those famously aggressive north shore cougars.

What happens if you refuse the breathalyzer? They can't force you to take one. Does your hunting license get suspended for a period of 5 years like it does with a driver's license if you refuse the test?

Is there a law against drunk skydiving and if not, do we need one? Answer: no.

Yep, I carry a flask, no I don't carry it to get drunk. The fresh air and the peacefullness of sitting out in the woods gives the whisky a wonderful taste.
