Same as we do. Look what NYS did with the weed and smoke shops. They popped up all over the place. We don’t care about them so why should they care about us? Both sides suck.
I do agree the leaders screw their average everyday citizen just like NYS.

I have a few long-time friends who are Seneca Indians (I'm White), I know their families well, and there are some others that I know quite well too. And I never hear of, or get the sense of, that they hate the White man. I just thought I'd mention it. One of my wife's best friends is a Seneca Indian. (My wife is White)
I can only speak of the Tonawanda Reservation that I'm on every day and the Senecas who live there/here. It's a small Reservation with around 900, maybe 1,000 people living on it. Things could be different on the other Reservations, IDK. But on this one, I don't sense any hatred for the White man.
They do not trust the NY State Government or the Federal Government at all. But they have much more distrust of the NY State Government. Even though the NY State Government has no legal jurisdiction on Reservations, which is entirely a federal matter. But the NY State Government has gone rogue and is a lawless Government. The law-abiding gun owners here in NY already know that. I'm just saying.

Well I don’t like or trust those governments either. I don’t have any id say I’m friends with but the ones I have spoken to have indicated they don’t really care for the white man. One was a representative at the wire county fair and he all but said he’d love to kill is all and “make it the way it used to be”. Granted he was kidnapped and sent to a government reeducation school so I can understand this.

They won't do that because they don't want to bring the heat of the New York State Government down on them, and it would. Even though New York State has no jurisdiction on a Reservation, once again, that's a Federal thing. But that doesn't mean that Hochul wouldn't make life rough for them in any way she could, just like Cuomo did back in 2009 - 2010.
They don't need to do that either, as they're making tons of money as it is with the fuel and cigarette sales, and now with the dispensaries. All without triggering Hochul the Horrible.
Anything gun/ammo related would certainly trigger Hochul.

This is a simple fix for NY, place a toll on all State roads that lead into the Rez. Charge 10 bucks for all non-injuns.
The tax free stuff on the rez is not for the White man, only for the indians. Every non-rez coming from the area that has non-taxed items, things can be done to them through criminal charges. Soon, no one from outside will enter the rez.
Cut off utilities to this sovereign land as well. Stop using NY State to maintain theior roads, no more plowing, salting or fixing of the roads. Really kind of simple to play and work the system.

I'm not a fan of the Indians per say, as I think they exploit the system for preferential treatments and they are not very friendly to white people.
However, with that being said I hope they take it to the state. The state is screwing us all and at least they have the organization and quasi legal authority to have enough solidarity and precedence to fight back.

I can only speak of the reservation that I'm next to, but there are other roads to use other than State roads to get to the reservation. Besides that, many people who live around here using the State Roads aren't going to the reservation. They're just traveling from point A to point B. As in driving back and forth from their job or whatever. So that 10 bucks would affect many more people who just travel through the area than actually go to the reservation.
Possessing 400 or more cigarettes with no tax stamp is a tax evasion charge. And it is enforced.
In fact, one deputy in particular here would hang around just outside the reservation and was nailing people quite often for tax evasion. He would pull vehicles over for the slightest infraction or even make shit up so he could attempt to conduct a search of a vehicle.
It's amazing how many people don't understand the "in plain view" thing, and their constitutional rights.

Regarding the - Possessing 400 or more cigarettes without a tax stamp, I think that's a misdemeanor charge and definitely confiscation of the cigarettes.
400 cigarettes is 2 full cartons. So if someone buys 2 cartons, they are over the limit by 1 cigarette. It's just another example of how New York State writes the laws to snare as many people as possible. NY gun owners probably understand that better than most.
If snared. New York's Tax Department can impose a penalty of up to $600 for each carton (200 cigarettes) or fraction of a carton of unstamped cigarettes in a person's control. It's not uncommon for me to see people buying 10 - 20 or even more cartons at once. A $600 penalty for each carton would certainly add up to a lot of money.
Ten thousand (that's 50 cartons) or more untaxed cigarettes is a class E felony.

When I go on the reservation and get a couple cartons of smokes, I smoke one before I drive off the reservation as to get the number of cigs below 400. Plus, I make sure that there aren't any stragglers somewhere in the cab or even on me. I think it's ridiculous, but the man isn't getting me on a tax evasion charge. No matter how sneaky the laws are written.
I live close by and drive past smoke shops every day just in my daily travels. So there is no need for me to buy a shit ton of cartons at one time. But many other people have to take the time and drive a fairly long distance to get to the reservation, those are the people who buy many cartons at once to make the long trip more worth it and cut down on the return trips needed.

I know there are at least 2 members here who drive quite a fair distance to get to the reservation. For those and any others. I hope my posts create awareness so none of you get jammed up with the tobacco tax laws. I'm just saying.
I'm not a lawyer or anything, so I would recommend doing some research on those laws. I've known a few people who are otherwise law-abiding people who got jammed up because they didn't understand the tobacco tax laws.

Out of curiosity, I just looked it up. In New York State, the tobacco tax on one pack of cigarettes is $6.85. That's almost $70 in taxes just for one single carton. 
Sheesh.
So by getting my cigs on the reservation, I'm saving around $280 a month on cigs. (4 cartons)
Plus, the savings I get by always getting my untaxed fuel there too.
I suppose that helps out with paying my insanely high NYS property taxes.
The savings of $280 a month on cigs, and when including the fuel. I figure, I'm saving probably at least around $3,700 to $3,800+ a year by using the reservation. Ho Lee Cow, no wonder the smoke/fuel shops are so busy, and in turn, the Indians are getting rich. The tax-and-spend politicians in Albany are the ones to blame for that. Not the Indians or the customers who
save alot ton of money by getting what they can on the reservation.
