Then call a lawyer, maybe you get lucky and that lawyer can convince the court the cops didn't have probable cause for the search. Then the relevant evidence gets thrown out along with the charges.

Once he was arrested for driving without a license, consent for the search wasn't needed. The cop is required to inventory the car before it's towed and impounded.

The moral of the story is don't do more than one crime at a time.

They were cut loose without Bail on an appearance ticket; White Citizens are to remain in Jail until they can pay their way out, pay the fines, pay the Court Costs, Pay for their Probation, did I mention being able to pay?
