Curious why you prefer non-polarized. I’ve always heard that polarized are better for your eyes and block more UV rays vs just shaded that actually dilate the pupil and let more UV in. Is that just a crock? Not being argumentative - I really would like to know.

Polarized lenses can make stuff look weird. The glare off other cars can be purplish or even rainbow. It can also make electronic displays disappear if the screen is polarized. I can't see my phone when it's sideways if I'm wearing polarized sunglasses.

I never heard of any difference in protection between regular and polarized lenses, though.

That’s why I hate polarized.

Back windows look weird.
