I can ship a rifle to a gunshop for repair by USPS...........just have to declare it a a rifle.
UPS and FedEx will not ship a gun, except from an FFL.
Gun parts are ok to ship unless the seller says no to NYS, and FedEx and UPS will not generally accept them from you to ship, if they are ID'd as gun parts.
I get small things all the time from vendors...usps generally.
Getting in ghost gun parts, like slides and barrels depends upon the shipper. I can get lower parts and stripped AR uppers and barrels all the time.
This stuff is out there...80% watches sales as best she can.

I must be miss understanding something. Why are some people calling a slide and a barrel a ghost gun? Only frames have serial numbers never saw a slide or barrel with a serial number on it.
