For the last 3 weeks every has said "let put veterans in the schools to protect the kids". Well now look what happened. Now no one is going to want to put veterans in there and the push for more control continues.

Obviously the deep state wants us disarmed and they aim to use any and all means to change public opinion to get what they want. This includes taking the good ideas that would work to protect people and make them seem as though they won't.

You've got to be freaking kidding me. I mean, people are coming out of the woodwork and it all seems very well timed.
I swear, if they were too try and completely gut the 2a I hope there is an armed Revolution. And what, in my terms, would I consider gutting the Second Amendment? An outright ban on all semi-automatics should be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
We all know another so-called assault weapons ban won't do it because it's been done once and nothing happened. It would need to be more drastic than that, and I hope the left and the right are ballsy enough to go for it.
I say this because their system of incrementalism has been working for the past 100 years. And at no time yet have the Patriots actually done anything serious about it. They know this so they typically only keep chipping away at it little by little so that it's never enough to make honest hard-working people motivated to take up arms and demand our rights back.
Just imagine a Bundy Ranch situation if Patriots didn't have firearms to defend them.

We are being set up. It's really that simple. I don't believe in coincidence anymore when it comes to this stuff.
One more big shooting at a school and you may have 2 choices.

If Trump and congress allow a federal semi auto ban, people will have to make a choice.

BUT, I am still VERY confident that they are not going to disarm us down here. It just isn't going to happen. The BIG difference, is that there are really no FUDDS down here. Guns are a HUGE part of the culture here. Hell, my Buddy's 6 year old Grandson took 2 deer this year, 1 doe, and 1 small buck during the special "youth season". They are VERY serious about passing on the hunting/shooting culture to their future generations. EVERY school down here has rifle, and archery teams. I'm really not trying to sound all bravado, I'm just calling it like I see it. So, attempted confiscation would not be pretty.

Im talking about banning future purchaces.
There will not be any mass confiscation.
Maybe a voluntary buy back but no mandatory buy back or confiscation.
However, if congress passes a federal ban on "assault rifles" or even a ban on semi auto, gun stores nationwide would not be able to sell them.
Chances are low this will happen but there are several republican legislators that used to be firm on the 2nd amendment who now support "some level" of gun control.

I truly think if a semi auto ban law was to pass, people will be angry but in the end, nothing will happen. The bills that have been drawn up but not voted on yet were for future purchases while grandfathering the one's you have. Since people will get to keep their grandfathered semi auto's, it'll keep the majority at bay since they"ll "Have theirs!" compared to an outright ban and confiscation.
In the end, lot's of screaming will happen, NRA membership will triple, and that's it.

I hear ya' on the confiscation issues. I'm sure there will be something coming down the pike because the politicians have no backbone. They are going to let a bunch of "well funded" teenagers hold them hostage. All the while the socialist pigs who are funding them really couldn't care any less about those students. This has never been, and never will be about the "children", we all know it is about the total disarmament of the U.S, citizens.
I guess we'll have to see where this ends up, to see how much stomach people have for this shit. I can tell ya' for a fact that you can't scare an AR up in any stores down here. The "regulars" have been coming in to my LGS looking to buy "another" AR, "'cuz we may need 'em"!!
Hopefully this shit will calm down before they strike that match against the striker, and it is too late to blow it out. Time will tell.
