I don’t think any jury would say the homeowners lives were not in danger. If I were ever on a jury involving any gun crime unless they were a straight up murderer or criminal I’d never vote to convict. The judge would be giving me instructions on what the law says and I’d still be saying not guilty. 30-round mags and full AR’s not guilty.
