if they are primed there is no hazmat fee ...
buying a box of primers there is the hazmat fee ..

I was fidgeting around about it, price is MORE than fair, hell I was even in Geneva yesterday, but in the end I have a shotshell Press that I've never used, gave away two that I'd had since the early 80's and just stopped reloading shotshells, and could probably shoot a few seasons of Trap League with shells on hand...do you know how long it takes to go through a 12 pound can of 700X!
