What EFJ model would be similar to the xts2500?

The EFJ 5100. Shares battery, antenna and accessory connector. Versions with the 380-470 MHz range are Federal government spec and likely contain the AES encryption module. The 5100ES with firmware major version 6 are the most recent and robust.
