I assume no one told him even if they are 100% milled lower they aren't a firearm. So where are the law suites for all the illegal fines / taxes levied by the ATF for permits to built whats totally legal to make. Glad to know you can legally sell lowers between friends again.

All of these places would have a background check if it were a gun,” Schumer said.

The guy that commented on the article made a good point.
By saying what he said, Schumer accidentally admitted that there is no "gun show loophole".
