I humbly suggest that you watch this series...the series moves to, essentially, address an AI run "Deep State".
Harold Finch has already built an AI that is much less malevolent, if not benign. The malevolence is due to one thing - power hungry man.
The speech below is given in the final season...it is directed not at the FBI stooge, but at the Deep State AI...
I'm amazed it made to 5 seasons. I've watched it 3+ times...thus my dislike of "deep state" types. One can define "dislike", and what it's results might be, for themselves. I know my definition.
