Buy the legion so I can be jealous of you!
I have the 220 Compact, like an old 245, and love it (also have 2 full size 220s. The Compact is Glock 19 sized and has similar recoil to the full size guns. Reminds me of an officer's 1911 with perfect reliability. By the way, the 220 platform is my most accurate shooting gun.

I second the the advice on purchasing the Legion edition. I have one in the P226. Yeah, everyone says its just a more expensive version of the plain jane model but let me tell you I for one think it's worth every penny.
I didn't think the 220 Legion was available yet. I own the Legion 226 SAO. The grip and sights are worth the extra$$$. I plan on getting one of the 220 when they are available.

I have the full size and it's an amazing pistol. I carry it quite a bit. You can't go wrong with any 220. The only bad is capacity some will say. The glock 30 holds more but it's thicker and not as easy to shoot for
Me. The only other bad would be price.

I have short fingers, so all my 220s have the short trigger kit. It lets my trigger finger stay flat across the surface. A few years ago I used to take an index card or front of an ammo box and shoot it on edge at 25 feet. Won a couple of bucks back then.
Carried my 220 Combat for a while before switching to the Compact. Now the Glock 19 gets more holster time just because of weight and capacity. Still more accurate with the Sigs.I have one. Awesome gun. Would never carry it. It's too damn big, LOL...
I'm a G23 fan myself pretty much same as the G19 (have one of them too). As I'm getting older I find myself carrying a P938 though. G23 is still the go-to gun for home defense and winter carry. Agree P220 is a an extremely accurate pistol though. Love it actually, just too big for me for EDC.

Thanks for all the imput. I thought the 220 carry would be fine to carry all day , but now maybe I'm thinking it may be a bit too heavy. I have a Glock 30 but its a bit too blocky, although a great pistol. I also have a few 1911, none of which are 100% reliable. Currently my EDC is my g23( totally reliable) which I carry all year no problems. That Sig 220 carry just feels so damn nice in the hand.

Is that the carry model? It's shorter than the G19 but a bit taller if it is. Those look like thick grips though.I have one. Awesome gun. Would never carry it. It's too damn big, LOL...

I carry the full size all day with no problems. It depends on what I'm wearing. They are not light but with the proper belt I have no issues.

I have a West German Sig 220 full. It's great carry in the winter (when I'm outta this hellhole). I believe that the German and West German Sigs are better made. Don't get me wrong I also have some US made ones i.e., a 239 and a 938 as well as many more German- West German Sigs. I feel that there is a difference in the make of the US made Sigs and the European ones.
I carry the 938 as a backup to whatever Euro Sig I carry. The ones I prefer to holster are the 228 or my 225. I'm a 9mm guy. The older I get the better control I have with the 9's.
