so I'm being a little lazy here instead of contacting Sig does anyone know why the conversion kits for the 320 are no longer available the caliber kits are there but to convert a full sized to a carry are not any clue?

Sig is upgrading the “RX” conversion kits to the new Romeo 1 Pro. I suspect this is part of the reason why kits are out of. Stock.
Sucks spending that kind of money on an "optics ready" gun and you only get to use that companies cheap toy level trash optic...
If only other companies offered an option to use any optic currently on the market AND future optics.... oh wait literally every other company that offers an optic ready model does that
