I wonder how much Colt's Manufactering or the Kashnikov Concern go after airsoft, video games etc. I'd bet they could if they wanted to if something was labed "AR-15", "M-16", "AK-47", etc.

Cybergun makes very close replicas of SIGs. I've owned a few. I remember a few years back Glock went after Tokyo Mauri and KJW for making airsoft replicas.

That's what sig gets after getting into bed with a French company. I work with French people and they are the worst with guns. I asked one once after WWII and the Germans you'd think you'd want guns to protect your country. I honestly got well that's why we don't want guns because if we had guns it would have been worse. The Germans treated us fairly. Yep raping, pillaging, and killing is fairly. Sounds about right.

Makes perfect sense. Instead of fighting we'll just turtle and hope the brutal (real)fascists only brutalize, torture, kill and exterminate some of us but leave me and my family alone.

I wonder if the media could be sued each time they show a picture of a firearm that had nothing to do with a crime they're reporting on? A copyright infringement? They have stock photos they use to embellish stories. The make money off advertising on their channel/network, hence they are making money off of pictures they are posting.
