I always liked her style, very blunt and direct but geezum that was stupid. And it flew right over the heads of most people.

Context, it was discussed that a suppressor on a machine gun, or a gun with a very high cyclic rate would essentially render the rifle inoperable after the volume of fire that was laid down in vegas.

Not sure about that or not, but the context of the comment is important.
