i do have to say .. the out of control of CPS is one of main causes also .. parents are so afraid to slap there kids mouth or spank there ass ..
there is a line .. of discipline and abuse .. CPS has taking the slap to abuse and mom and dad have no clue what to do ..
I see this at my best friends house .. i just cringe .. WTF .. my mom would have smacked me across the face for mouthing off ..
shit .. when i was like 5 or so .. gram i want a glass of water .. you want milk .. no , water .. milk .. no you dumb Guinea ( Guinea/pig ) fat over weight LOL .. i want milk .. omg i got a face slap
i don't even remember if i got a drink at all after that .. .. only know of it from what mom n dad told me ..

it appears that many parents do not want to parent, too much trouble. Parenting is a 24/7/365 day job. Much easier to go with the flow and just appease the kiddies. Electronic devices have helped considerably in occupying the kids and destroying the family unit. I many instances it is the parents who cannot put down the electronic device and parent.
While on a road trip I witnessed in a restaurant a Mom and Dad with their noses buried in their own electronic devices while the 6 or 7 yr. old son who didn't have one sat in silence. There was little or no communication between anyone for the entire meal. I felt so bad for the kid. So modern technology comes with a price. Just another page in the dumbing of America and our downward death spiral.
