My memories are from a deceased friend, who told me they were practicing search and seizures in a few towns out west. This dates back sometime ago but post Katrina. They were joint efforts with some local enforcement training. I wish my friend was still alive to refresh this story. This is why I stated, ''to the best of my knowledge." He was never one to make tall tales. I do not remember details. I've also heard from a different source, more recently, the UN is heavily endowed in Canada.
This is how I think THEY see us:
The Plan is and has been for decades to eliminate the Middle Class as they will be of the most resistance (at least a portion of it) as there will always be those who've stocked up and taken steps to insure their continued viability, however many more live paycheck to paycheck and haven't an ideal of what's coming unless we tell them and they will believe it out of fear...they can be trained to do menial work and keep the machines running for us.
The lower class and poor for the most part will be easier to exterminate as they lack skills, money, have health issues, aren't likely to be well armed or stocked up, and given their station in Life usually less intelligent.
Sounds condescending and elitest, and trust me when I tell you I've been around very wealthy People that think this way and the biggest skill they have is money manipulation skills, arrogance, and snobbery all of which are traits is despise....they think they're going to be protected and be around when everyone else has turned to a zombie. but that isn't necessarily true.
