These are genuine Hornady SST rounds that have been removed from boxes and stored loose in an ammo can. I keep a tab from box with ammo so I know what it is.
Headstamp is marked Hornady 6.8mm REM SPC as shown in picture below.
Checked a few sites and this is generally priced far below current market prices (if available or even if vendor ships to NYS). The best price I found was Target Sport USA for $1.00 / rd shipped, but alas, it's not available...
