They also use cows that feed on pesticides but taut themselves as being natural.

The claims for all natural are pretty broad. Organic is another matter. Look up the food laws theymaybe just as bad as the gun laws. It's amazing what's allowed.

"All natural" or "natural flavors/ingredients" essentially mean nothing. They're just a label for marketing to gullible people. Drakes cakes (which can hardly be called "natural") are labeled as having "real fruit" and natural flavors...lol. Not exactly healthy.

Certified organic is more stringent. It's tough to become and tough to maintain. Hence why you pay a premium for them. For the record, I also wonder about the enforcement of them though. Several environmentally conscious friends of mine say "organic" labels are just excuses to sell the same product for a higher price.

Moral of the story: eat as local as you can and know as much as possible where your food comes from. That's the only way you know what you're putting in your body. I'm not the best at this I admit but if you want to avoid all the chemicals that's what you need to do.
