Someone mentioned a range in Pleasant Valley open, what was it ?

Over before leaving the other place I recall someone posting about a range, that I believe they said was in Pleasant Valley, was open for new members. I was wondering if anyone knew which that was and if it is still open.

I haven't been a member of anywhere or had a place to shoot in so very long now (4 years or so ?). I tried to join one last year but when they said there was a year waiting list I just gave up,as well as it having been expensive to join.

For the amount that I'd be shooting I can't afford an expensive membership and because of my health issues things like required work hours and such become an issue also.

I'd like to look into some though that are currently excepting members and at least find out if it's doable for me because I'm so out of practice at this point that it's silly.

Looking their website and prices though, I can already see there's no point for me. $200 a year might be reasonable if I was going to go more than a couple of times in a year , but like so many clubs they also have this $100 'initiation fee' , which I think is nonsense. Then there's the work hours thing that all the clubs have.

I understand that these places want to continue being nice places, but It's so frustrating that these places are so prohibitively expensive or otherwise just not doable for people with low income/disability/etc.
Even if this place does have memberships open, $300 for one year , plus ammo , plus work hours. it's just not doable for someone in my position but also for a lot of other people just to go a few times in a year. I don't know how we expect to keep shooting sports alive ( and gun rights right behind then) when only a small amount of people can afford to go practice anywhere.

I feel you i looked up around my area and it's crazy haven't been able to shoot as much as I use to the place i used was sold
