SCOTUS is as polarized as and invariably writes decisions the way Congress passes Bills: right down Party lines. Now one in a while there's co-operation or crossing over, but you can just about bet the outcome of Cases they hear based on whether its a Liberal or Conservative issue...That's WHY the Constitutionality of the un_SAFE Act was dropped, since Scalia "died" under questionable circumstances ruled a natural death...I suppose having your Heart stopped with a potassium injection is a "natural death" as naturally, you're going to die from it.
