I don't think he'll be charged, but I think it's the reason why he isn't lashing out at all the people calling him incompetent.

Hell, I knew back in 2020. I even predicted Biden would resign within 9 months of being inaugurated because of his dementia. I was wrong about the departure date but my diagnosis was correct. Everyone in government and the media knew and they all said nothing.
Anyone having lived or cared for a dementia patient it was obvious that Biden was effected, but his positioning there was by design of the deep state, and to their credit they pulled if off with disastrous results for the People and unimagined wealth for those orchestrating it. Twelve more hours and the Tide comes back in.
