IF Hunter gets convicted, here’s my prediction:

Depending on public outcry (or lack thereof), the dems decide whether to prop up the dementia patient for a re-election bid.

Hunter Biden’s lawyer has responded to the indictment, releasing a statement that said special counsel David Weiss’ “bending to political pressure presents a grave threat to our system of justice”.
It would be a bigger threat to our justice system if he wasn't charged because it would show special treatment. The charges are already long overdue. Any average citizen would've been charged within a week of being caught in that lie.
His lawyer said that hunter owning an unloaded gun for 11 days wad not a public hazard.
Ok then tell that to states like NY and NJ that have been screwing over gun owners for decades. How many people got charged just for possessing a gun?
I'd really like to see him convicted but at the same time if they get him off based on their constitution challenges then it will help those of us living in communist states.
