When it comes to guns, I can never be entirely sure a NY state resident can win, and most contests for guns do prohibit NY in the rules. As far as I can tell though, the sweepstakes rules hare (or the law) don't say you can't win this one. I'm not a lawyer, I just read the rules before posting to the corner.
