What don’t they understand on how this looks. Let give it to the poor minority communities first then it’s let’s give it to the prisoners second. Let’s give it to the old people that overwhelmingly voted for republicans. This looks like experimentation regardless of if it is or isn’t. Similar to what nazi Germany did.

The rest of the world want to vaccinate health workers, first responders, elderly amd people at risk first while in the US some think there are other more important people that go first.
Topical absurd knee jerking with insult added from these political thugs.

I guess it makes sense to vaccinate all the prisoners first, since they want to release them all back into society and just have rehabilitation centers.

It's possible prisons are a hotbed for the virus, so I could see how it would make sense to get it under control quickly. That being said, elderly and health care workers should come first. I could see prisons being prioritized somewhere between front line workers and the general public, but first? No.

But if it's an easy win to keep doctors less occupied, I don't have a problem with it if the priority makes sense.

Even if they are a garbed for the virus I don’t care. If they didn’t want to be in that spot they should have stayed out of jail. They don’t deserve what they have now let alone more.

This is correct but it's their attitude about it that is wrong and insulting. Rather than explain it like you did.. all we get is the "oh our poor prisoners"..

I agree more explanation is needed.

My issue with a lot of these stories is the titles are inflammatory, and details aren't really dug into like the media should be responsible for doing. I would've liked to see a "why" she said it section, so I can at least give critical thought to whether her stance is reasonable.

As much as I'm inclined to agree with right-leaning news sources, it's a lack of skepticism that got us into this miss; it's a healthy dose of it that may get us out of it.
