Selling my Stag 15 Tactical Upper and Lower. Absolutely nothing wrong with either (round count less than 100), it just worked out that it was cheaper and easier for me to buy a new upper entirely during Fourth of July than it was to purchase the parts I wanted and swap them out. It also gave me an excuse to build a new lower 
Lower was purchased direct from Stag and came from the factory CA/NY Compliant (Cross Armory Mag Lock). Upper came from Brownells, and DOES NOT include a BCG or charging handle. Both items are from the new Wyoming facilities, but are NOT the newer, 2022 models.
Willing to meet at a Rochester area FFL to facilitate the transfer of the lower, and willing to split these items for the benefit of anyone who hasn't gotten their Semi-Auto Rifle permit yet (if that's even a factor given that I would not classify a lower as a rifle).
Regardless of if they are sold together or separate, price is 300 for the Lower, 400 for the Upper.
