seems pretty simple to me..people are standing their ground and defending themselves instead of running and hiding in the corner with the ole "duty to retreat" BS. MSM skewing and lying again to the sheep.

So what is their definition of "killing"?
For me, it is the unwarranted, illegal, taking of a life for no good cause.
Self defense related death is NOT "killing", it is a self-defense related death.

Reminds me of someone I knew who once said "if you kill someone while defending yourself, you're a murderer". Um, no, I'm not. I'm defending myself.

The left is always reminding us that "words have meaning." Yeah they do.

I'd like to delve deeper in the statistics. Is an increase of homicides? Or as above posters suggested (and what I like to believe) an increase in the number of justified self-defense shootings. If it's the later this is something that should be celebrated instead of being met with wailing and gnashing of teeth.
