Great speech last night!!! Stayed up for the much ballyhooed Joe Kennedy rebut, well that was pretty bad, I lasted about four minutes. He's their future? Awesome!!!!!

I was thinking the same thing. Usual the rebuttal is giving by an "up-and-coming" star of the Party. If this is all the Democrats got...man, Trump could start molesting illegal aliens' children and set fire to orphanages and he'd be reelected in a land slide!

Some who are what? Doctors are in it for the money? Sure.

However, considering this alternative "medicine" nonsense, which has no basis in science or realty, vs one that demonstrably saved millions, I'll take my chances with science.

I am not saying that everyone should abandon medicine and medical practice. What I am saying is that it can be corrupted just like our gov. Just because a Dr says take this, doesn't mean you shouldn't do your own research and ask questions.

Actually PRESIDENT TRUMP did mention the 2A.

Working with the Senate, we are appointing judges who will interpret the Constitution as written, including a great new Supreme Court Justice, and more circuit court judges than any new administration in the history of our country.

We are defending our Second Amendment, and have taken historic actions to protect religious liberty.

Great selection, low prices, no hassles.

It's a bit of a "Spring Pilgrimage" for many of us.

If you are buying a Long Gun, they even have a presence a few hundred feet away in NH, to save the customer ME Sales Tax.

I'm just amusing (or hoping) you New Yorkers have a similar destination in VT.

Because I'd not expect CT, NJ, MA to have such a gun-friendly destination.

I'm not sure how I was (ahem) "inspired" to interject that into the conversation last nite.

Except that I was in a "happy place", thinking of TRUMP, SPRING, and GUNS.

The problem of course is that doing your own research leads you to understand that, yes, yes modern medicine in this country is superb. And the vast majority of it is not only backed by decades of research, but demonstrably true.

The "we hate big pharma" crowd has click bait stories from those that don't even understand the difference between ethyl and methyl mercury.

There’s a balance. Running off to the doctor for antibiotics or other meds the first few days of being slightly ill has caused more problems than letting some just run their course.

Wouldn't that demonstrate a problem with patients, not doctors?

Are all the big "We will NOT prescribe you antibiotics unless you NEED them" signs in the doctor's offices just a misprint?
