I'm not even sure why the state is fucking around with charges. Its a giant waste of time, but it sure looks good on the news. I would think If he is convicted of the federal charges the state will probably just drop theirs and move on.
But yes, as unlikely as it may be, I hope he fights the charges and wins both at a federal and state level.
