On January 20, 2023, around 12:39 p.m. Troopers responded to Circle K, located on State Route 3, in the town of Fine for a criminal mischief complaint. An investigation determined Dattola went to the Circle K on January 20, 2023, in the early morning and attempted to enter the store. Dattola damaged the front door and a milk crake but did not enter the store.
On January 20,2023, around 6:58 p.m., Troopers responded back to the Circle K for a petit larceny complaint. An investigation determined Dattola and Holloway entered the store took merchandise valued at $8.00 and passed all points of purchase without paying. Dattola and Holloway fled the scene prior to law enforcement arriving.
On February 13, 2023, Troopers were interviewing Dattola and Holloway regarding the petit larceny and criminal mischief complaint at the Circle K Store. While interviewing, Troopers observed an assault rifle with a 30-round magazine. "
what is a milk crake ??
Where was that interview held at the Troopers barracks with Assault Rifles laying all out in the open . lol
and again i see no lock and tag out .. aka trigger locks on any of them ..
